THE CIF SOUTHERN SECTION REQUIRES GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AND POSITIVE BEHAVIOR OF STUDENT-ATHLETES, CHEERLEADERS, BAND MEMBERS, COACHES, AND SPECTATORS. WE REQUEST YOUR COOPERATION IN SUPPORTING THE STUDENT-ATHLETES AND OFFICIALS IN A POSITIVE MANNER. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR LANGUAGE AND ACTIONS AT ALL TIMES AND TREAT OTHERS WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. THS SPORTS AND SCHEDULES 

PARTICIPATION IN ATHLETICS AND ACTIVITIES AT TUSTIN HIGH SCHOOL REQUIRES A YEARLY,ONE-TIME TRANSPORTATION FEE OF $200. 

Student fees/Transportation Fees can be payed in person or online at the Student Store.

All returning and incoming athletes, including Cheer and Dance team members, must complete the Athletic Clearance process before they can participate in any summer and/or school-year sports activities.

The Athletic Clearance/Physical is valid for one year and must be repeated on an annual basis. Failure to complete the Athletic Clearance/Physical prior to summer will result in the student not being able to try out or participate in any summer rec and/or school-year sports/activities at Tustin High School.

Athletic Clearance/Physicals must be on file before a student will be allowed to try out for a sport/activity. A current Athletic Clearance/Physical is required for each school year and is valid for one calendar year from the date it was signed by the doctor. All medical information will be kept confidential according to HIPPA regulations.

Please download and print the Physical Form below and take it to your personal physician.

La autorización atlética/los exámenes físicos deben estar archivados antes de que a un estudiante se le permita realizar una prueba para un deporte/actividad. Se requiere una autorización atlética/física vigente para cada año escolar y es válida por un año calendario a partir de la fecha en que fue firmada por el médico.
