This resource is your first stop when you have questions about your Surface Pro device, your login information, platform functionality etc.

Here are the steps to take when you experience an issue with your technology.

2. If you have tried the recommended steps and you are still having the problem, call (714) 730-7414 ext 87103 or email szambon@tustin.k12.ca.us the library staff for assistance.

3. Follow the steps provided by the library staff.

4. If the issue still isn’t resolved, we will make an appointment for you to bring your device into the library to get your problem resolved.
