SENIOR ACTIVITY TO DISNEYLAND-MONDAY, FEB 11, 2025
The last day for seniors to purchase their tickets for this activity was Wednesday, December 4.
Pre-sale for tickets began during Fall Registration in August 2024 and closed on December 4, 2024. Seniors that will be self-driving will be expected to pick up their tickets to the park on Tuesday, Feb 11 at Tustin High between 6:30am-8:00am. We will have a table set up outside the main entrance to the Sports Pavilion where seniors will sign in, join the trip Remind, and get their ticket. Students must be present and show their ID to obtain their ticket. Once Seniors get their tickets, if they are self-transporting, they are free to leave for the park.
For those taking the bus, seniors will simply wait near the check-in table until the bus is ready to be loaded. The bus will depart THS at 8:20am for Disneyland. Students who are riding the bus MUST check in by 7:45am. Students riding the bus MUST return to Tustin High on the bus. At 8:00pm, the students will load the bus at Disneyland and return to THS at approximately 9:00pm. If you attend Disneyland without prior permission, you will lose the privilege of participating in all future senior activities. The school field trip is in one park only: Disneyland. All students must remain in that park during the day and not enter California Adventure or other places on the Disney property during the field trip. For Seniors to attend the event, they must have 5 or less detention hours by Wednesday, February 5th. There will be no refunds for students with outstanding detention hours

Cameras
People with cameras will not be allowed to stand in front of parents and guests during the ceremony. This includes moving to the stadium railing or fence line. We want all parents and seniors to have their moment of recognition without the interruption of others.
Parking
This will all depend on which side of the field the graduate will be sitting on during the ceremony. Graduates will be seated on either the “Black Side” or “Red Side”. Students will know at Graduation Practice whether they will be sitting on the “Black Side” or the “Red Side”. It is advised that the graduates and guests arrive in the same vehicle to the ceremony. Parents and family members with a valid handicapped placard (issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles) may park in the specified handicapped parking area.
Black Side Seating - Guests and graduates that will be sitting on the “Black Side” (Visitor bleachers) will park on the field behind the Visitor bleachers off San Juan Street. Guests will be able to enter the stadium on this side and all Graduates must check in at the Sports Pavilion. Once the ceremony is over, the graduates that are on the “Black Side” will be exiting the field area behind the visitor bleachers to meet up with their guests or family members (see attached map).
Red Side Seating- Guests and graduates that will be sitting on the “Red Side” (Home bleachers) will park in the main parking lot at Tustin High. Please be aware that this lot may fill up. All Graduates must check in at the Sports Pavilion. Once the ceremony is over, graduates on the “Red Side” will exit out to the parking lot to meet up with their guests or family members (see attached map).
Alcohol/Drugs
California State law is very specific regarding students and alcohol. Any senior with alcohol on his/her breath or any senior determined to be under the influence of or in possession of an illegal drug will be removed from the processional line and will NOT be allowed to participate. All students will be breathalyzed upon arrival at the Sports Pavilion. As in the past, the Tustin Police Department will assist Tustin High School with the screening and removal of students. This is absolute – no exceptions will be made.
